Warming Glow!

With the weather forecast looking more wintry for some parts of the country, although cool outside, it is far from cold here at present, but the opportunity of sampling some home made Sloe Gin seemed a good idea. Here it is, getting better, as this winter I made it with honey from the garden, and it took a while, and needed filtering too, I guess the sugars in the honey break down in a different way in alcohol, does anyone know, or be able to explain in an easily understood way?

The point is, this glass was bought at one of my fairs a few months ago, and so here it is, full of my Sloe Gin.
